Smoothie 

   Smoothie is great for the beginning of the day. It is light and does not load the digestive system, which is not yet fully awake, very quickly prepared with blender and any ingredients available in your kitchen. Especially important for those who are in a hurry in the morning. You can add more water, pour into a bottle and take with you sipping during the day instead of snacking.
   We need:
 - 1 ripe avocado

 - a bunch of spinach
 - 1 banana
 - a teaspoon of honey (for those who want a sweeter taste or for children, for example)
 - a teaspoon of aloe juice (do you have such a plant at home?)
 - can be added a teaspoon of Spirulina powder .
   Ingredients whisk in a blender for a minute, put in a beautiful vase or cup and enjoy the taste. By the way, it's very nice. Spinach taste is completely neutral, but it contains a lot of iron, calcium and vitamin A. Avocado is rich in useful fats, and aloe juice improves digestion well. Such smoothies are very good for health and

energy in general and for the beauty of the skin in particular.  

   Amaranth porridge with dried apricots and honey
 

   Amaranth in Chinese medicine since ancient times was considered a plant that prevents aging. It is rich in protein with a balanced amino acid composition, a champion in the content of magnesium and different amounts of minerals. Increases the endurance of the body, is shown with beriberi, loss of strength. Amaranth refers to gluten-free cereals, so this can be used without fear by people with increased sensitivity to gluten.

   The taste of amaranth is special and not everyone likes it, it is better to cook it with additives in the form of dried fruits, nuts and spices.
   Amaranth is better to soak for the night in cold water. We separately soak a few pieces of dried apricots.
   In the morning, rinse well and strain through a sieve, because the croup of amaranth is very small and light - it floats to the surface in a container and is carried away by water during washing. Pour water in a ratio of 1: 2 and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook until the grains are lowered to the bottom. Next, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 40-50 minutes periodically stirring the porridge. Finished porridge should be gentle and soft.
   We add coconut oil to it, slices of dried apricots, a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Remove from the heat and let all sit in a saucepan for about 7 minutes.
   When serving, you can sprinkle nuts and water with honey if desired.



   Crunchy granola 

   Granola - is, in fact, plain oatmeal, but dried in the oven with different fillings, making it crispy and much tastier. If pour yogurt usual oatmeal is, to put it mildly, not very ... But granola is very tasty and healthy.
   The options are many with granola, you can experiment. My favorite green buckwheat and hazelnuts. It is better to prepare a larger amount once, and then just in the morning to take
a portion of the breakfast, the more that is stored granola to a month in a closed container.
   Ingredients:
 - 0.5 kg of oat flakes
 - 1 cup green buckwheat
 - 1 cup of crushed hazelnuts (or any other nuts and seeds)
 - 0.5 cups of goji berries (you can raisins or other dried fruit)
 - 0.5 cups of maple syrup or agave syrup
 - 3 tbsp coconut oil
   Mix the dry ingredients except berries. Add the syrup and butter. Mix well.
   Bake on a baking sheet at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes If after this time granola crisp not reduce the temperature to 150 and dried for about 5 minutes more.
   Berries add in the ready-chilled mixture.
   Granola can be eaten with almond or usual milk, but it is not very tasty, because in the milk soak it quickly and lose their crunch. Better with thick natural yoghurt. The vegan version - with coconut or soy. Recipe coconut yogurt I have previously. If it is difficult for you - just buy coconut milk, add to it a couple of probiotic capsules and leave overnight in a glass jar at room temperature. In the morning the yogurt is ready. Stored in the refrigerator for several days.




   Barley porridge with pumpkin

   Barley I discovered recently. As a child, nobody feed me with it (unless things in school, I do not remember), and somehow has never been present in my diet. And refers barley (Owned from it like pearl barley) to gluten cereal, which i trying to avoid.
   But having tried once, make sure that the side effects is not like after the product with white flour and no discomfort after, also adds energy, - I decided to include it in my diet. Moreover, it is so tasty and satisfying.
   In one portion, we need:
 - 150 g organic pearl barley (organic principle, because all gluten grains is spread very generous genetic engineering)
 - 100 g of grated raw pumpkin
 - 1 tablespoon Ghee butter
 - 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
 - Himalayan pink salt
 - Parmesan cheese (optional)
   Pearl barley well washed, soak in the cold water and leave overnight.

   In the morning again well washed, pour the cold water of about 1: 1, bring to a boil and cook over low heat with the lid closed stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes.  When the water is almost gone, and add the grated pumpkin and oil. Boil for 10 minutes.
   At the end add salt to taste. Turn off and give it brew for another 10 minutes Well, if you have sozranyat heat cookware (cast iron, for example) in which the cereal is still a little smolder. The main thing that was not undercooked, otherwise it rubber.
   When serving sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, and if desired, you can grate cheese on top if you ok with dairy (I use one that made from organic raw milk)

   Banana-coconut vegan pancakes

 
   These pancakes are very easy, but at times surpass the classical analogue of nutritional value and benefits for the body and figure. Do not contain gluten, sugar, lactose and eggs. Against the eggs have nothing, but if you are one hundred percent vegan- this recipe is for you.
   For pancakes, we need:
 - 3 ripe bananas
 - 1 tsp stevia powder
 - 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
 - 2 tbsp coconut flour
 - 1-2 tbsp brown rice flour

 - Extract or vanilla powder
 - Baking Soda (half teaspoon), and apple cider vinegar.
   To start, blender whisk well mashed bananas. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and give it brew for 15 minutes.

   Fry on coconut oil over low heat. Do not make a big pancake otherwise they will be difficult to overturn.
   Serve with honey, coconut chips, with berries or raisins - in general, what you want.
   This recipe is about 3 servings are not large. I and my children ate. Flax seed is milled together with banana acts as a good egg and connects, in addition it is very helpful for your gut. Stevia is an excellent alternative to sugar in baked goods and pancakes, not provoke increase your blood sugar levels and is suitable for diabetics, losing weight, and those for whom sugar for some reason undesirable.








   Coconut yoghurt

   This yogurt an excellent alternative to the classic milk yogurt if for some reason you do not eat dairy products.
   Unlike commercial Pasteurizing yogurt coconut quite lively and very helpful. The young coconut contains nearly all the B vitamins, vitamin C, iodine in an easily digestible form, magnesium, sodium and iron. Improves immunity, as coconut water improves the quality of the blood and is especially useful at high physical exertion.
   I add coconut water in smoothies, and yogurt my children eat for breakfast.
   In general, we need:
 - Young coconut
 - Encapsulated Probiotic
 - Stevia Extract
 - A few drops of lemon juice
 - Vanilla extract or
 - Coconut oil (optional)
   Divide coconut exact impact of a large knife with four sides. Be careful! This is done with only one hand, it is better to keep the other behind.
   Discard the water in the tank.
   Through a hole with a spoon scrape the pulp.
   Wash it well and peel off the brown thin skin. Cut into small pieces and add up in a blender.
   Adding probiotic capsule, a few drops of stevia (I have it immediately with vanilla flavor), vanilla, lemon and 1 tsp of coconut oil if you like fatter. Fill all the water from a coconut in the quantities as thick or thin you want your yogurt
   Beat everything in a blender to a state of yogurt (about a minute).
   We shift into a glass bowl and leave at room temperature, to work and your probiotic yogurt ferment well.
   In the morning the yogurt is ready.

   Pancakes light

   I'm sure everyone has his own recipe pancakes: with milk, no milk, eggs, egg-free pancakes ... I love since childhood (and who does not?), But due to changes in diet classic recipe is not acceptable for me. Therefore, a little experimentation.
   Options in this regard I have several. Sharing the easiest.
   We need:
 - 3 tbsp. l brown rice flour
 - 3 tbsp. l spelt flour (if you do not eat gluten, replace with green buckwheat flour)
 - 1/3 cup juice of sauerkraut + water up to "pancake" consistency
 - Repay soda apple cider vinegar
 - salt
   All the ingredients mix blender and leave for 20-30 minutes to infuse.
   Fry in the clarified butter over low heat and, preferably, not a frying pan large diameter, so that the pancakes were not torn if you added instead spelled buckwheat flour.
   I prefer the version with caviar, but the pancakes you can easily pour the honey or jam. They certainly differ in taste from our usual pancakes, but it depending on your diet goal.

   Millet portidge with walnuts and cranberries

   I'm porridges. Especially during the cold season. With the arrival of autumn, you want something warm, sweet and heavier than the cold juice or smoothies.
   Millet porridge is considered to be quite easy, although it is well and long saturates. Gently cleanses the intestine, accelerates the elimination of toxins, is a good source of protein and absolutely no allergens, which makes it doubly attractive for people with gluten intolerance or unknown allergies. It also tasty as salty or sweet. Personally, I prefer the sweet.
   Prepared very easily and quickly. I soaked overnight, but in principle, and without soaking millet well cocked. In the morning wash well, fill with water 1: 2 and after boiling cook over low heat until soft, about 15 minutes.
   Add the vanilla (can cinnamon), coconut oil and give a little brew on the stove.
