   Pumpkin contains vitamins A, D, E, PP, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, and the presence of vitamin K gives it a special value, because there is

   Green juice

   The best morning start, my friends is green juice. No matter what lifestyle you lead, you practice a diet - you just have to drink it! And if your diet is deprived of fiber, herbs and vegetables, the more you are required to drink it! Do not have time to squeeze the juice in the morning? You must find it! Why? Because green juice ideal source to get a large amount of minerals and assimilate them at 100% with no load on the digestive system, especially in the morning when it just start to wake-up. Green juice- this is a way to easily eats daily dose of greens, which you do not really like or do not always eat. Even after a week of drinking the juice you will improve the skin and increase energy levels,
will begin with more strength to work the digestive system. Drink the juice, of course, the best freshly squeezed onto the auger juicer. The basis can be any seasonal greens, cucumber and green apple for flavor.
   In my version today:
 - 4 small home cucumber with the skin (a source of potassium)
 - Few green stalks of celery with leaves (Sodium source)
 - 2 young green apple (a source of iron, a good taste of green interrupted)
 - A bunch of parsley (displays the excess fluid accumulated during the night, improves kidney function)
 - 1 tbsp of spirulina powder (an excellent source of iodine, vitamin B12, iron, regulates blood sugar, cleanses the blood)
 - 1 tsp Maca powder (positive effect on the hormonal system, tones better than coffee)
   Squeeze the juice from all of the above, add the powder (this is optional), a few seconds, mix well and sipping slowly. Enjoy! Feel like every cell is filled with energy and life.  

   Cold matcha frappe  

   For those who do not drink coffee cold frappe Based on matcha tea and almond milk a great summer alternative to all the invigorating, refreshing, caffeinated beverages. Very tasty, healthy and getting ready for 1 minute.

   Green matcha powder has many advantages when compared with coffee and invigorates no worse. Nut milk will be for you an excellent source of protein and omega-3, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and vitamin E. For those who are intensely involved in sports, you can add a spoonful of vegan protein.
   In general, everything is simple: 250 ml almond milk whisk in a blender with a teaspoon of matcha powder, dining protein spoon (optional) and a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. You can put a couple of ice cubes if you sooooo hot.
   Nut milk is better to do itself, as that is sold in conventional supermarkets contains more sugar and various additives.
   If you do not know how to make it - very simple : for the night soaked raw almonds (about a handful), in the morning rinse it, add 0.5 liters of water and stir for two minutes in a blender. Strain through cheesecloth and a sieve into a glass container. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days. It can be filled with granola, add coffee, well, or wherever else you usually add milk.
